We came in absolutely desperate — my 10-year-old daughter had the worst knot/nest in her hair, and we were genuinely terrified it would all have to be cut off. What followed was nothing short of incredible. The ladies at Rokk Ebony treated the situation like a delicate surgical procedure, working in teams of two for almost six hours, with patience, skill, and total professionalism. Throughout the entire process they constantly checked in, made sure my daughter was as comfortable as possible, and reassured both of us every step of the way. What truly stood out was the kindness and care shown — not just incredible technical ability, but genuine warmth and compassion.
